Job Role: Marketing & Sales Consultant
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
1. You work as a dedicated Marketing & Sales Consultant for InnovationMotive Media dealing into Branding Design, PR, Marketing and Advertising, for the clients settled across the world, and its umbrella concerns, dealing into various other solutions into services like Travel, Transportation and Hospitality solutions.
2. You partner with B2B & B2C organizations to develop and execute highly customized Digital & Physical Marketing programs focused on targeted Revenue Generation through the given product basket.
3. You ensure to generate Leads and Sales through physical marketing spread, Search Engines and Social Media platforms across the globe.
4. You ensure to Build brand awareness and establish important business relationships online & offline.
5. You ensure to Drive traffic growth and visibility for priority keywords that target audiences search for online.
6. You ensure to Defend our online brand against the competition in Search Engines and all Social Media Platforms.
7. You are always open to partnering with businesses and teams who need assistance on a deeper level.
8. You reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
9. You continually learn details about our product and service offerings and contribute to enhance the product basket by variety and quality
10. You address and report to management any questions or issues customers may have at all times
11. You Communicate with customers, on-record, to understand their requirements and needs to serve them with better solutions always
12. You ensure that we offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
13. You convert ‘the sales’ or direct the prospects and leads to the Sales Team
14. You manage, motivate, the team members
15. Evaluate and improve existing processes.
16. You make timely proposal documents to Hire, train and onboard the team members as required by the project
17. You ensure correct usage and adoption of the CRM tools
18. You keep an updated Customer Database
19. You measure identified KPIs & KRAs
20. Always strive towards meeting and exceeding the sales targets
21. You track and document calls and sales
22. You keep updated all client records
23. You prepare and present achievements, on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
24. You ensure the highest level of professional ethics to maintain integrity of safety & security, nonDisclosure, and any-or-all kinds of Information Security in any-or-all formats whether verbal/written/graphics/Audio-Visual/Printed or Non-printed etc.
25. You ensure that you will never indulge with any competitive organisation which has the similar business offerings as InnovationMotive Media.

Your Desired Skill Set
1. You are well versed with new trends in Technology & tech products.
2. You are Passionate and experienced about using social media with track record
3. You have excellent knowledge of the major social media channels i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other Home-grown apps).
4. You are passionate about content creators and eager to innovate in the social media field.
5. You have Innovative mind-set and positive attitude.
6. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with an attention to detail.
7. You have excellent Analytical & Communication skills. With excellent Analytical skills you have the ability to build insights beyond the obvious, drive strategic decisions, design and run an effective performance management system to foster the right behaviours.

8. You have experience of Scaling-up: and proven capacity to go from zero team size to scale to multiple dozens.
9. Proven capacity to manage multiple projects at any time with large team with more than 10 years of experience.
10. You have Great Project Execution, Stakeholder Management, and Operational skills.
11. You have the ability to work with a global team based in different locations, with very diverse backgrounds.
12. You are highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in order to manage multiple creators at once.
13. You have ability to Influence the team and collaborative approach.
14. You understand business processes and models & understand how Technology can sharpen it.
15. You are an empathetic, compassionate, patient and friendly personality.
16. You are passionate about people development and coaching.
17. You possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
18. You have the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
19. You are a Team player.
20. You have good time-management skills.
21. You have Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
22. You have Technical Qualification, preferably a Master’s degree, with 8-12 yrs. of experience especially leading Digital Transformation Projects.
23. You are fluent in English and Hindi with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail, while any additional Indian or Foreign languages will be a plus.
24. An additional Certification like: Google AdWords Blackbelt, Facebook Blueprint etc. would be an added advantage.
